Balance in your marketing email may be everything. You need to ensure functionality and usability, make a good impression and drive your reader to your call to action.
That’s if it were all so simple. Unfortunately, people are also human and they don’t really respond well to machine messages. There’s also a balance between functionality and engagement – and between a smaller interested audience and one that is larger but disinterested. Now that would be equilibrium.
