What’s the “social” in social media anyway? If you thought it was all about making money, most likely you’ve not been having a very good time.

Remember, you’re dealing with people, in a place that for them is not so much a free-form shopping mall as it is a big wedding reception. For most, it’s a place to connect with people, to join the conversation, maybe learn something and have some fun. So how are you going to explain what you do that might actually engage them?
